We teach badass fitness classes and go beyond the barre with our all-in-one program. Treat your body to a variety of class types for a well-rounded workout. Choose from classes focused on strength and heavier weights, isometric movements and lower weights, cardio and kickboxing, restore and yoga. Socks required for all classes except yoga.
