Body High is a strength and conditioning fitness studio delivering challenging and efficient workouts. Each 50-minute class is unique and intentionally programmed by elite trainers to focus on different body parts through intervals of HIIT, strength training and cardio. You can expect to leave each class with a sweaty sense of accomplishment and confidence.
