Chicago Strength is the preeminent hybrid strength and conditioning gym in Chicago, specializing in CrossFit, HIIT, and sports performance classes. With locations in River North, Logan Square, and Avondale, it is easy to find near you. Each gym hosts 10+ classes per day during morning, lunch, and evening hours. Come for the fitness, stay for the friendly, welcoming, and supportive community. CrossFit classes require at least a month of previous CrossFit experience. If you are interested in CrossFit, but have no experience, a 1-hour "Elements" session can be scheduled by contacting the gym directly at support@chicagostrength.com at a cost of $99. These sessions will satisfy the experience requirement.
