Through group training, Bolt Fitness enforces the fundamentals and basics, while also bringing creativity, community, and care in an epic training environment. They have a dedicated team of coaches that believe nothing is out of reach as long as you have a plan, and a team to support you. Bolt offers 3 different formats throughout the schedule: HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, and Speed.
